You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team by email with your order details.
If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return once you receive the product according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Currently, we do not support changes to items, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need to make any changes, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
