We currently deliver orders to every serviceable pin code across India. At present, our delivery services are limited to domestic locations only, and we do not offer international shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Our standard delivery time usually ranges between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your city and courier service availability. We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can contact our support team to arrange a re-delivery once the issue has been resolved.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear images of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
If a shipment goes missing during transit, we will investigate the matter with our courier partner and issue either a replacement or refund after confirmation.
