We currently deliver only to serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard delivery takes between 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package returns to our warehouse. Contact us to arrange re-delivery.

You can request cancellation within 24 hours or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

You can cancel your order from the My Orders section by selecting the item and clicking Cancel Order before it is shipped. 

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may apply for a return or refund after delivery.

Modifications to items, quantities, or addresses are not allowed. You must cancel and reorder if changes are needed.

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with your Order ID and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we inspect and approve the returned item.

Report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
