Return Eligibility 

For a return to be accepted, the item must remain unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered. All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be included. 

  • Every tag, label, and box must be returned in its original state. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or modified in any way will not qualify for return. 
     
  • Requests for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. To begin the process, contact our customer support team within this period. 
     
  • Returns that fail to meet these guidelines will not be accepted. 

How to Request a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Send an email to highlogictech@gmail.com with your Order ID and a short explanation for your return. 

Step 2: Provide Photos (If Necessary) 

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, attach clear images showing the issue. This helps us process your request more quickly. 

Step 3: Await Return Instructions 

Once your return request is verified, we’ll share the next steps and the address for sending the product back. 

Please note, we reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy. 

Refunds and Timelines 

After your returned item reaches us, our team will carefully check it to confirm it meets the return criteria. You’ll then receive an update on whether your refund is approved. 

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete. 

Partial Refund Policy 

If a product meets only part of the return standards — such as missing tags, incomplete packaging, or minor damage — a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. 

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

Should you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include clear photos or videos of the issue in your email so our team can assist you promptly and fairly.
